    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    LOGLINE
    Your Attention Please follows several people on their radical journey to overcome the addictive pull of the attention economy in order to think, feel, and connect deeply again.

    SYNOPSIS
    Your Attention Please is an independent feature documentary that explores how we can demand back our agency in the face of exploitative tech.

    It features Frances Haugen, Cal Newport, Sherry Turkle, Adam Alter, and many more. Our goal is to empower viewers to gain back control over their attention, and create a grassroots movement to push for a human-centric technological future.

    Our exploration will take us from a grieving mom taking on Big Tech, to a young content creator reinventing Social Media, and a young artist challenging herself to a Digital Declutter.

    Through intimate portraits and expert interviews, the film investigates how unregulated digital tech threatens to erode our capacity to think, feel, and connect with each other—and how we can harness our personal habits, community action, and new regulatory frameworks to put technology in the service of humanity.
